How do I
place an order?
Choose your items and scents, then add them to the secure shopping tote. You can make changes or remove items using the convenient "mini tote", on the right, while you continue to shop. All items are "made-to-order", and processed at the time your order is received. Most items are ready for shipping or pickup within 24-48 hours. All wax items, excluding unscented, require a minimum of 7 days to "cure". This very important process allows maximum fragrance load to be obtained in your wax items. If you would like to request an item in a scent not offered in our boutique, please contact us to make a special request. Special request items will incur a flat rate fee per item ordered, and will require a deposit prior to being crafted. Please allow us this time frame for processing all orders, especially bulk or wholesale orders such as party favors, or custom and special requests.

Payment
& Shipping
Payment is due at checkout. We ship USPS Priority Mail, and shipments are initiated on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Only Bulk orders and subscriptions will be invoiced. Invoices will be sent via PayPal. Your items will ship within 1-2 business days of payment. Wax items require a minimum of 7 days to cure, and will be shipped at the end of this processing period. You'll receive an email confirmation once we've received your order, and again once your order has shipped. Any changes that will need adjustments in payment will require us to call you to discuss alternate options. All regions outside of 1 and 2 will be adjusted, then invoiced, with payment due prior to processing and shipment. No invoiced orders will be mailed without completion of these steps. Manual (in-person) cash payments will only be accepted via Venmo or CashApp. We are not accepting any cash payments at this time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed via PayPal at checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to check out, however, your payment will be processed by PayPal. All of your transactions on our site, from browsing to confirmation, are secure.

Returns
& Refunds
Returns of items damaged during shipment are welcome. Custom made items are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Due to customization, Bulk orders are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other items received in damaged/ unusable condition must be promptly photographed in the original packaging prior to being returned. Returns must be mailed within 3 days of receipt. We do NOT accept returns on any Bath & Body products! These returns will be discarded without a refund issued. Please read all ingredients provided in the product descriptions for allergy and other important information so that you may choose your body care items carefully.
